This Privacy Policy describes how Yangjiang Yungongkerang Trading Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") processes personal data in connection with our self-developed store management application ("the Application"), which we operate for our own shops on the Temu platform, and with this website.

2. What personal data we process

Through the Application, which connects to the Temu Open API under our own seller authorization, we process:

Order data: order numbers, purchased items, quantities, amounts and order status;
Recipient data: recipient name, shipping address and phone number, used solely to print shipping labels and fulfil orders;
After-sales data: return and refund requests relating to our orders;
Operational logs: API request logs required to operate and secure the Application.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

Fulfilment of orders and shipping — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
Compliance with tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
Security and abuse prevention of the Application — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated third-party marketing.

4. Hosting and international transfers

The Application is hosted on Tencent Cloud servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, within the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data is not transferred outside the EEA.

New sub-processors are engaged only under data processing agreements imposing equivalent protection obligations.

6. Retention

Order and accounting-related records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting legislation (under the laws of the People's Republic of China, books and vouchers are kept for at least 10 years). Other personal data is deleted or anonymised once no longer necessary for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability regarding your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at keanuoo@163.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, restricted API scopes, fixed-IP allow-listing and audit logging.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.

二、我们处理的个人数据

本应用通过 Temu 开放平台 API（经我们自有店铺授权）处理以下数据：

订单数据：订单号、商品、数量、金额、订单状态；
收件人数据：收件人姓名、收货地址、电话，仅用于打印物流面单及履行订单；
售后数据：与订单相关的退货、退款申请；
运行日志：用于运行和维护本应用安全的 API 请求日志。

三、处理目的与法律依据（GDPR）

订单履行与发货——履行合同所必需（GDPR 第6条第1款b项）；
遵守税收与会计法律义务——法律义务（GDPR 第6条第1款c项）；
应用安全与防滥用——正当利益（GDPR 第6条第1款f项）。

我们不出售个人数据，也不会将其用于约定目的之外的第三方营销。

四、托管与跨境传输

本应用托管于腾讯云位于德国法兰克福（欧盟经济区境内）的服务器，个人数据不会传输至欧洲经济区之外。

六、数据保留

订单及会计相关记录按适用税收与会计法律要求的期限留存（依据中华人民共和国法律，账簿凭证至少保存10年）。其他个人数据在实现上述目的所必需的期限届满后即删除或匿名化。

七、您的权利

您有权就您的个人数据行使查阅、更正、删除、限制处理、反对、可携带等权利，并有权向监管机构投诉。行使上述权利请联系 keanuoo@163.com，我们将在30日内响应。

八、安全措施

我们采取传输加密（TLS）、访问控制、最小化 API 权限、固定 IP 白名单、审计日志等技术与管理措施。
